1. GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS

1.1 Cancellation Period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund. Any request made after this period cannot be processed, except under the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) or for a hidden defect.

1.2 Refund Criteria

A) Defective, damaged or non-conforming product: 100% refund of the product price. Return costs refunded upon presentation of proof. Shipping costs refunded if the issue is attributable to TryCoppr.

B) Change of mind (unopened product — within 14 days): 100% refund of the product price. Initial shipping costs refunded. Return costs at your expense.

C) Dissatisfaction after use (30-day guarantee): Refund of 30% to 100% of the product price, excluding shipping costs, depending on the quantity of product remaining, the duration and detailed conditions of use, and the customer's order and return history. Initial shipping costs not refunded. Return costs at the customer's expense.

1.3 Improper use or product damaged by the customer: Refund refused (0%).

1.4 Items Not Eligible for a Full Refund
The following products are excluded or eligible for a reduced refund, except in the case of a proven defect: hygiene or care products already opened and used outside the scope of the guarantee; products damaged through use not in accordance with the instructions; products returned without their original packaging within the first 14 days.

2. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

2.1 Getting in Touch

Information to provide: order number, product concerned, reason for the request, description of your use (for the 30-day guarantee), photos if the product is defective.

Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with its decision, the refund amount granted, the return address if necessary, and detailed instructions for the next steps.

2.2 Returning the Product
Once your request has been accepted, return the product to the address provided by our Customer Service. Pack the product carefully, include a copy of your invoice, and keep your proof of postage.

2.3 Refund Timeframes
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after inspection of the returned product. An additional display delay of 3 to 10 days may apply depending on your bank.

2.4 Refund Method
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal).

3. LEGAL RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a legal right of cancellation of 14 days from receipt of your order. The product must be returned unopened in its original packaging. You must notify your decision by email to contact@trycoppr.com. Refund: 100% of the product price + initial shipping costs.

4. "30-DAY MONEY-BACK" COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE

In addition to the 14-day legal right of cancellation, TryCoppr offers a 30-day commercial guarantee to let you try our product. In the event of dissatisfaction, refund of 30% to 100% of the product price depending on the conditions of use and the results obtained.

5. EXCLUSIONS AND REFUSAL OF REFUND

TryCoppr reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following cases: request made more than 30 days after delivery; product returned damaged or without its original packaging; repeated returns or abusive requests.
