SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREAS

TryCoppr delivers its products to the United Kingdom only. Deliveries to other countries are not available at this time, but we are actively working to expand our delivery areas soon.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of your order and validation of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery across the UK.

Average total time (preparation + delivery): 6 to 13 business days from validation of your order.

These times are given as a guide and may vary depending on carrier availability, your location, or exceptional circumstances (bad weather, strikes, peak periods). In the event of an unusual delay, we will keep you informed by email.

DELIVERY METHOD

Your parcels are entrusted to our trusted carrier partners (Royal Mail, Evri, or another provider depending on availability).

Delivery methods: home delivery, posting through your letterbox if the size allows, or collection from a pickup point depending on the option chosen.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left for you. You can collect your parcel from the indicated post office or pickup point for 10 to 15 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to our warehouses.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, the link to track your parcel in real time, and the carrier's contact details.

Tip: Add contact@trycoppr.com to your contacts to make sure you receive all notifications.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

When receiving your parcel, we recommend that you check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier if possible, refuse the parcel or note written reservations on the delivery slip if the packaging is damaged, and contact us immediately at contact@trycoppr.com within 48 hours at most, with photos if necessary.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of dispatch, check your parcel tracking, enquire at your post office or pickup point, then contact us at contact@trycoppr.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution quickly.

RETURNS POLICY

"30-DAY MONEY-BACK" GUARANTEE

At TryCoppr, we are confident in the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. Not satisfied? Neither are we!

CANCELLATION PERIOD

Legal right of cancellation (14 days): You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return the product unopened, unused, in its original packaging. 100% refund of the product amount + initial shipping costs.

TryCoppr commercial guarantee (30 days): You have 30 days to try our products and request a refund if you are not satisfied. Full refund of the product price, excluding shipping costs.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns accepted in the following cases: product defective or damaged on receipt, product not matching the order, change of mind (unopened product — within 14 days), dissatisfaction within the scope of the 30-day guarantee.

Returns refused in the following cases: product damaged through misuse, product returned without its original packaging, abusive or repeated return requests.

REFUND TERMS

A) Defective, damaged or non-conforming product: 100% refund of the product price. Return costs refunded upon presentation of proof. Initial shipping costs refunded if the defect is attributable to TryCoppr.

B) Change of mind (unopened product — within 14 days): 100% refund of the product price. Initial shipping costs refunded. Return costs at your expense.

C) Dissatisfaction (30-day guarantee): Full refund of the product price, excluding shipping costs. Return costs at your expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1 — Contact our Customer Service
Before returning a product, you must contact us at contact@trycoppr.com, indicating your order number, the product concerned, the reason for the return, and photos if the product is defective.

Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with confirmation of your request, the return address, detailed instructions, and the estimated refund amount.

Step 2 — Prepare your parcel
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number. Keep your proof of postage.

Step 3 — Send your return
Return the product to the address provided by our Customer Service. Return costs are at your expense except for defective products attributable to TryCoppr. We recommend sending by tracked delivery. Parcels returned without a prior request or with postage due will be refused.

Step 4 — Receipt and inspection
On receipt of your return, we inspect the product within 3 to 5 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Step 5 — Refund
The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days after validation of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. An additional display delay of 3 to 10 days may apply depending on your bank.

GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS

The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases: misuse not in accordance with the instructions, products damaged after receipt by the customer, abusive or repeated requests, returns made more than 30 days after receipt.

TryCoppr reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of clearly abusive behaviour.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

The TryCoppr "30-day money-back" commercial guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel.
