Terms and Conditions of Sale — TRYCOPPR

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered on our online store between TryCoppr and the customer.

2. Products
Our products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. TryCoppr cannot be held responsible for slight differences in appearance that may exist.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling, inclusive of all taxes. TryCoppr reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders
The order is firm and final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer's address.

5. Payment
Payment is made online via secure payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). All transactions are encrypted and secure.

6. Availability
In the event that a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and the order will be cancelled or modified according to their preference.

7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the commercial legislation in force. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution. The customer retains the right to refer the matter to the competent court.
